18–22 January 2027 · Kicking off on Blue Monday

A Vitality Week for your organization

Monday 18 January is Blue Monday: the week everyone talks about mental health. We use that moment to make it easier to raise at work, with five days of short, practical webinars. Employees pick what suits them, HR only shares the programme. Last edition rated 8.7.

Why take part

Mental health on the agenda for a week, without HR having to build a programme.

Blue Monday provides the occasion, the week provides the substance. We supply the programme, you share it.

01

Mental health on the agenda for a full week

Blue Monday provides the occasion, the week provides the substance. Through posters, the intranet and Teams, everyone sees that you take it seriously, without it becoming heavy.

02

Employees pick what suits them

Short sessions of 30 to 60 minutes, taking part is voluntary, signing up is one click and everything can be watched back. Nobody has to, everybody may.

03

HR is genuinely taken care of

The programme, the announcement copy, the poster with QR code and the planning are ready. You share it, we do the rest.

Frequently asked questions

Is taking part mandatory?

No, taking part is always voluntary. Employees sign up per session themselves.

Why around Blue Monday?

Blue Monday is a marketing invention, we know that too. But January is the month when many people have less energy and the year picks up pace again. A good moment to give the subject a week of attention.

How long is a webinar?

Between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the topic.

Can I watch a session I missed?

Yes, everyone who signs up automatically receives the recording.

Is this suitable for employees without a fixed workplace?

Yes. Every session can be watched back at a moment that does suit, including on a phone.

We already took part in September. Can we join again?

Gladly. Taking part free of charge is meant as a one-off introduction. Organisations that join Thrive take part in all three activation weeks a year, and also get the vitality scan and the content library for their employees.

Why does Thrive offer this?

It lets you get to know how we approach vitality. No contract, no salesperson at the door. Whether it stops at this week is up to you.

How many webinars are there?

10 sessions per edition, NL and EN, across the week.

How do you handle our employees’ data?

Employees sign up with us directly. We only report aggregated participation figures back. Thrive works in line with the GDPR and is ISO 27001 certified.
